It’s never easy to say goodbye, especially to someone who’s brought so much joy both on and off the pitch. From futsal sessions to tournament days, it has truly been an honour to play alongside you, Laura. Your passion, spirit, and sportsmanship will be dearly missed here.

Though you’re heading back to France for good, the memories we’ve shared will always stay with us. Thank you for the laughter, the teamwork, and the moments that made the game so much more than just football.

It was really nice knowing you, Laura. Till we meet again — wherever the game, or life, brings us. Wishing you all the best in this next chapter! 💙⚽✨

Chapter 14: Blessed and Surprised!

Dreams do come true. Deep breaths! Now, where do I start?  I was feeling down due to my injury, unable to play bola for the next 2 weeks due to a contusion and concussion. Serve me right for playing back-to-back and getting kicked on my left and right cheek/jaw/head. Little did I expect a surprise.  I received a friend request from an unexpected person! I was ecstatic but wondered if it might be an accidental request. But mostly, I was shocked. And of course, happy. 21.07.2025 is the date to remember. I mustered up the courage to send a message. I was in a "fangirling" mode. But of course, I kept my cool. My ig stories were seen and I felt noticed. On day 2, I decided to ask if the friend request was an accident. Chapter 10: The Smile That Changed Everything

A lunatic's lament. My heart is in turmoil. It holds a secret, a treasure I guard fiercely, a love that only I can feel. The words I want to whisper are lost in the silence of my own heart, a love I can't express. I could never marry you, so I buried you instead. And made sure no one gets you. I'm selfish and relentless about what's happening, but I can't seem to control my emotions. A sudden obsession seizes my soul. No poisonous kiss, but enough to make me a lunatic.
